DeSoto Trail Elementary

I’m proud to be in my 10th year in education as a 5th grade math and science teacher at DeSoto Trail Elementary. I am originally from Tampa, Florida and graduated from Florida State University in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. I’ve been married for 25 years and have four wonderful children who keep me on my toes. Outside of school, I enjoy building with LEGO, sewing, and baking. I love working with children and strive to create a classroom where students feel confident, curious, and ready to tackle real-world challenges that will help them be successful.
