My name is Kimberly Baxley. I have one son, Aron, who served in the U.S. Army and retired at a young age. I had the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom and enjoyed every stage of his childhood. During those years, I volunteered at the schools he attended.

As Aron grew older, I earned my degree in Early Childhood Education (Pre-K VPK/ESE) as well as a degree in Kindergarten through Sixth Grade. His father served in the U.S. Navy, which gave me the opportunity to teach in many eastern states.

In Norfolk, VA, I taught Pre-K in a private school, 2nd grade math at Mary Calcott Elementary, and later 2nd grade at Granby Elementary. In Hanover, NH, I taught Sunday school at Hanover Lutheran Church. In Quechee, VT, I taught 2nd grade at Quechee Christian School. In Tallahassee, FL, I taught 1st grade and Pre-K at Fort Braden Elementary and currently teach Pre-K at DeSoto Trail Elementary School.

I have traveled throughout the U.S. and many countries, meeting people from all over the world. I have also volunteered to teach English to three individuals who spoke no English: a 7-year-old boy from Mexico, an 8-year-old girl from Israel, and a 25-year-old woman from Romania.

I look forward to teaching your child and showing them that learning can be fun!
